Joe Kennedy
Born with an innate passion for music, "Big" Joe's symphonic journey commenced at the tender age of 8 when he first sat at a piano. Joe got his start in back alley juke joints and seedy clubs along the shores of Lake Michigan with Delta Blues and Chicago Blues artists in the midwest.
Quickly honing his skills he was voted the Best Blues Pianist by his home state of Wisconsin at the age of 20. At 23 he was performing regular engagements on the Las Vegas Strip at many of the top Hotel/Casino's. In 2009, Joe embarked on a transformative journey to New Orleans were spent a couple of years performing nightly in the French Quarter. From 2013-2022 Joe was the pianist for the Dukes of Dixieland. |
