Judd Nielsen
Born and raised in New York City, Judd has been playing since the age of five. His style of playing and singing can be described in one word: soulful. Hammond organ and piano are Judd's specialty. He has performed with a plethora of artists and bands spanning different genres. Over the years his musical experiences have included Walter "Wolfman" Washington and the Roadmasters, Trombone Shorty and Orleans Avenue, Melvin Sparks and Big Daddy Kane. His new project, The Neighborhood Crew, features a handpicked group of New York's top players. Their record Hit The Road is Nielsen's years of compositions and influences brought to fruition.
