Judy Blair
Judy, Texas born, lives in the south of France. Nearly for all her life, she has been
singing and playing the piano, synthesizer and the Hammond B3 organ.She performed solo, and also with groups all over the USA, including a three year stint in New Orleans. Judy also performed during a two year period in the Caribbean, and she appeared on Japanese television in a travel series about California. Her way led her many times to Europe for jazz and blues concerts and festivals (such as Jazz en Auvergne/France, Jazz en Touraine/France and Swing At Monsegur/France. In 1999, Judy recorded her first album on the Hammond (and the piano). A second one, exclusively Hammond, appeared in 2000. Judy aspires to continue recording and performing at festivals and clubs, and spends part of her time writing and composing music. She is a member of the "Arts et Lettres de France". |
